The decision on whether to postpone or hold the GCE Advanced Level and Year 5 scholarship examinations in October will be announced on the 20th, said the Minister of Education G. L. Peiris.
He said the decision will be announced this week after a lengthy consultation with all parties.
The Minister emphasized that the decision would be taken in a manner that would be fair to all.
