Member of Parliament Roshan Ranasinghe says that the retirement age limit imposed in the public sector should also apply to politics.
Former Sports Minister Mr. Roshan Ranasinghe says that he intends to leave politics before the age of 65 and set an example for the country.
Attending a public meeting held in Nugegoda area, the member of parliament emphasized, “Looking at the evidence of our history, when a governor is 80 years old, does he have the right mind to do his duty? Let’s take my political career as an example. I am ready to retire before the age of 65.”
