Today (28), the port workers have temporarily suspended the trade union action to work-to-rule.
The Colombo District Court also issued an injunction yesterday (27) preventing any kind of trade union action or strike in the port today.
Port unions had decided to work-to-rule to protest against the government based on several demands.
