The academic activities of the faculties which were closed in the University of Kelaniya will be resumed from tomorrow (18).
Vice-Chancellor Senior Professor Nilanthi De Silva says that the studies of the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences will be started in this way.
Kelaniya University was temporarily closed for academic activities on the 5th of December due to a problem caused by a group of university students attacking two security officers and tying them to the gate.
