With the removal of Mr. Roshan Ranasinghe from the two ministerial posts held by him, President Ranil Wickramasinghe has taken steps to appoint two new ministers for those ministerial posts.
Accordingly, the position of Minister of Irrigation has been given to the Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Member of Parliament Mrs. Pavitra Wanniarachchi.
