The Homagama Police say that the lightning conductor installed in the Homagama Court Building has been stolen.
It is said that the lightning conductor has been stolen along with a part of the 45 feet long copper tape.
The registrar of the Homagama court has complained to the police about this theft. She has complained about this to the police on the 12th. According to the complaint, the value of the stolen lightning conductor would be around 110,000 rupees.
The police say that the complaint made by the registrar states that no specific date of the theft has been revealed.
