An outage at Australia’s leading mobile and internet service provider Optus has affected millions of users in the country.
The reason for this crash is not yet reported and due to this, the transportation activities in Australia, telephone connections in hospitals as well as the payment activities made through the internet have also been stopped.
Optus has also been accused of not properly informing customers about the crash. Accusations have been made against this company in the past and they were also heavily infamous for the large-scale data leaks that happened last year.
The Australian Minister of Communications has also issued a statement regarding the incident, where the Minister has stated that this problem is related to the relevant communication network.
