The Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds Ten Thousand

10,022 people have died in the Gaza Strip and over 25,000 people have been injured due to the attacks by the Israeli army.

This is stated in an announcement issued yesterday (6) by the Health Department of the Gaza Strip in Palestine. Among the dead, more than 4100 are children and more than 2600 are women.

On the night of the 5th, the Israeli army launched airstrikes on the northern part of the Gaza Strip, which has also blocked communication links in that area.

As of yesterday (6) morning, communication facilities and internet connections in the Gaza Strip have not been restored.

In the meantime, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas calls for measures to stop the destructive conflicts and expedite the provision of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

He said this when he met the US Secretary of State Mr. Anthony Blinken in Ramallah on the 5th.

The Palestinian President also said that Israel must take full responsibility for the current situation and that Israel will not be secure through war activities.

Meanwhile, the Iranian people gathered in cities including Tehran on the 4th to protest against the continuous Israeli attacks on the people of the Gaza Strip.

They have also said that America should take responsibility for those crimes.

About 60,000 people participated in the demonstration in support of the Palestinian people held in Paris on the same day.

They demanded an immediate ceasefire and warned of the risk of genocide.
