The Federation of University Teachers’ Unions states that a strike will be implemented in all universities today (02).
Its media spokesperson Mr. CharudatHtha Ilangasinghe stated that this is being done based on several problems including the tax problem and cuts in the allocations given to the universities.
Mr. Charudaththa Ilangasinghe said that the academic and non-academic staff of the university will also participate in this.
