The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court has ordered the temporary suspension of the foreign travel ban imposed against the former Sri Lankan ambassador to Russia Mr. Udayanga Weeratunga until the next hearing.
Mr. Weeratunga’s lawyer submitted the application for the temporary suspension and the court approved it.
This foreign travel ban was imposed in connection with the MiG deal.
