Paramedic professionals in all hospitals across the country have started a symbolic strike today (24) from 8.00 am.
Chairman of Paramedic Services Joint Committee, Mr. Ravi Kumudesh said that Cancer Institute, Maternal and Child Hospital, Central Blood Bank are not involved in any strike action.
Mr. Kumudesh also mentioned that the officers of those institutions will voluntarily engage in the service of those institutions.
The strike will be effective from 8.00 am today to 8.00 am tomorrow (25).
Mr. Kumudesh said that the 5 professional associations of Radiologists Professionals, Laboratory Scientist Professionals, Pharmacist Professionals, Physiotherapy Professionals and Occupational Therapy Professionals will join this strike.
