Madampe police have arrested an Indian national who was working at a business place in Madampe Suduwella where disposable iron is bought.
It is according to a complaint made by the manager of that institution against this Indian national. In that complaint, it is stated that this Indian has defrauded more than 4 lakh rupees by using fake bills.
This 25-year-old Indian national was scheduled to appear in court today. This import is run by an Indian company. The police say that the purchased iron is melted and iron wires are produced here and Indians are employed here.
