Minister of State Administration, Home Affairs Provincial Council and Provincial Government and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena presented the proposal to the previous cabinet.
The cabinet has given its approval for this after considering it.
Accordingly, on 13/07/2023, under State Administration Circular 14/2022(III), the relevant circular has been issued under the signature of the Secretary of the Ministry of State Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government Mr. KDN Ranjith Ashoka.
