The officers of Embilipitiya Divisional Criminal Investigation Bureau have managed to raid a warehouse where dried cannabis is kept hidden and distributed nationwide.

Even when the police raided the place, three people including the owner of the house were staying there. Two persons were packing 01 kg of ganja into packets.
1227kg and 270g of ganja were found here. The arrested suspects are residents of Embilipitiya. Police say that there are two drivers and a conductor among them.
The raid was conducted under the leadership of Embilipitiya Divisional Senior Superintendent of Police Sudath Masingha. The police say that this is the largest amount of dry cannabis found in a place that is not a cannabis farm.
