A group of people pelted stones at the two-storied house belonging to State Minister Mr. Prasanna Ranaweera located at Sarachchandra Dias Mawatha, Pamunawila, Gonawala at around 11 pm last night.
Sapugaskanda Police say that the glass of 08 windows of the house has been damaged by this attack.
No one was at home when the attack took place.
It is said that he had gone to live in this house with his children after the house in Kelaniya was set on fire on May 9 last year.
