    Anusha Pelpita, who was the Secretary to the Ministry of Industries, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Development Lotteries Board.

    He had recently sent a letter to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa seeking permission to retire from the post of Secretary at the Ministry of Industries.
