The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says that the water supply will be suspended for 24 hours in many areas of Colombo.
Accordingly, the water supply to Colombo 01,02,03,04 and Colombo 07,08,09,10,11 will be suspended from tomorrow (04) 2 pm to Sunday (05) 2 pm.
It has been decided to suspend the water supply due to a necessary improvement carried out by projects related to the transmission pipeline system that supplies water to the Maligakanda Reservoir.
