It is reported that 7 people have died, and more than 40 people have been injured in an accident that happened yesterday (20) evening in Nanu oya, Nuwara Eliya.
The accident happened when a bus and a van, and a three-wheeler collided with each other and fell down the cliff.
A bus carrying students of Colombo Thurston College who were on an educational tour faced the accident.
The injured are being hospitalized.
It is reported that the people traveling in the bus carrying the students were only injured.
Sources also say that 6 people in the van and the three-wheeler driver have died.
How can power cuts be related to carelessness of officials if this is the case then they all need to be sacked the incompetences in the Government Istitutes is outrageous
