It has been revealed that a restaurant located in Hanwella was raided last night and the owner was shot dead according to a contract of a strongman of an underworld gang based in Dubai.
Mohammad Farshan (46), a businessman who is a father of three, was shot at when was at the cashier after closing the restaurant.
The police said that two people came on a motorcycle and entered the restaurant asking for a cigarette and fired four shots.
After this shooting, the police received information that the businessman’s brother received a phone call from Dubai.
The motorcycle they had used for this attack left behind was found on Avissawella road.
