Mr. L. H. Creasy Silva (13), a former chairman of the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB), has passed away.
He is the father of Chief of Defense Staff and former Army Commander General Shavendra Silva and is also the beloved husband of Mrs. Sumana Silva.
Mr. Creasy Silva also served as a Regional President of SLTB from 1989 to 1993 before becoming the chairman of SLTB.
