The All Ceylon Private Bus Owners’ Association has complained to the European Union and the United Nations Human Rights Commission to conduct an impartial investigation regarding the buses that were burnt and destroyed by strugglers on the 9th of May.
The President of the All Ceylon Private Bus Owners’ Association Mr. Gemunu Wijeratne stated that this decision was taken due to the lack of a fair investigation into the buses that were set on fire.
He further said that he will continue this fight until the owners of the buses that were set on fire by the strugglers find justice.
