The Criminal Investigation Department questioned the leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, Member of Parliament Mr. Rauf Hakeem for about 07 hours yesterday and recorded a statement.
It is related to the investigations related to the burning of President Ranil Wickremesinghe’s residence at Kollupitiya.
A senior official of the Criminal Investigation Department stated that the interrogation was based on a statement made by Mr. Rauf Hakeem.
