Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition and the leader of the Samagi Jana Balawega, has withdrawn from the presidential race.
Accordingly, Mr. Sajith Premadasa has now announced that he and Samagi Jana Balawega will support to make Mr. Dullas Alahapperuma win.
“For the good of my country that I love and the people that I love, I am withdrawing from my presidential candidacy. “Our alliance including Samagi Jana Balawega and our opposition parties will work hard to make Mr. Dullas Alahapperuma win,” announced the opposition leader.
