Galle Face activists are preparing to register a new political party called ‘Jana Aragalaye Purawasiyo’.
In this regard, a group of activists have come to the Election Commission and engaged in a preliminary discussion.
Mr. Chanaka Bandara, secretary of the ‘Jana Aragalaye Purawasiyo’ group, said that the party’s registration application was handed over to the Election Commissioner’s office.
