The 40,000 MT fuel tanker that was scheduled to arrive in the island this morning (23) has been delayed by one day, said Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera.
He said in a Twitter message that a limited quantity of petrol will be distributed islandwide today (23) and tomorrow (24).
Auto Diesel is distributed island wide at maximum capacity.
He also mentioned that there will be a limited distribution of Super Diesel.
