A protest is currently taking place in front of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s private residence at Fifth Lane, Colombo 07.
Representatives of women’s organizations including Hirunika Premachandra are participating in this agitation.
The area was heavily guarded as police had received information about the protest in advance.
