All entrances and exits to the Presidential Secretariat were closed by Galle Face protesters this morning.
More than 1,000 people gathered at the protest site at midnight yesterday, blocking the opened gate at the Galadari Hotel side and setting up a tent, closing all the gates.
According to the Fort Police, the staff members who were on duty at the Presidential Secretariat last night as well as members of the security forces are trapped inside due to this situation.
