Laugfs Gas will be launched to market from tomorrow (5), said the company’s chairman W. K. H. Wegapitiya.
He said that a ship carrying 3500 tonnes of gas had arrived in the country and the unloading of gas had already commenced.
Meanwhile, there is no truth in the rumors that Laugfs will increase gas prices, he added.
Thus Laugfs Gas will be released to the market after a few months of shortage.
