A motorcyclist and the back seat passenger were killed when a speeding motorcycle veered off the road and hit a electricity cable pole.
The accident took place on the Badullagammana byroad in the Bibila Police Division last evening.
The deceased have been identified as 17 and 31 year old Bibila residents, police said.
