A special discussion between Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and representatives of 10 independent political parties in Parliament is scheduled to be held today (16) at 10.00 am.
According to political sources, discussions will be held on possible solutions to the political, social and economic crises that have arisen in the country.
However, the 10 independent parties in Parliament have already decided to support the decisions taken by the Prime Minister to safeguard the country’s economy.
According to political sources, the decision was taken at a meeting of party representatives yesterday (15).
