The curfew imposed on the entire island will be extended till 7.00 am on Wednesday 20-05-11 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Public Security Ordinance, it was previously imposed only from 7.00 pm yesterday (09) to 7.00 am today (10).
Accordingly, no one is permitted to stay on public roads, railways, public parks, public playgrounds or any other public area or beach in those areas unless permitted by an authority.
Meanwhile, those engaged in essential services can use their official identity card as a permit during the curfew period.
