Army paratroopers have marked another milestone in the history of Sri Lankan parachuting.
For the first time, the largest number of canopies which is 11 were used in creating patterns in the air.
This milestone was achieved by the Army members at the Sri Lanka Army Base in Uhana Ampara yesterday (05).
Brigadier Hettiarachchi of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Colonel Wickramasekara, Major Adikari, Major Kulatunga, Major Sandaruwan, W. O. Senaratne, Sergeant Kelum, C. P. L. Bandara CR, S/Sergeant Saman Kumara SF, S/Sergeant Gunawardene SF, Sergeant Banda SF are the achievers of this milestone.
