Russia and North Korea have held special talks aimed at boosting bilateral ties.
Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister has held a special discussion with the North Korean Ambassador to Russia today, according to foreign media reports.
It is special that the talks are being held at a time of Russia’s isolation in the eyes of the international community and the two leaders discussed at length how they could enhance their bilateral relations.
North Korea has blamed Ukraine’s actions for the recent uprisings in Ukraine and Russia.
