Steps have been taken to deploy the army to oversee the fuel distribution activities at Ceypetco filling stations.
This was confirmed by Military Spokesman Brigadier Nilantha Premaratne.
The Army has been deployed to control the situation at the filling stations due to the shortage of fuel and to check whether there is a systematic distribution of fuel.
