Sri Lankan Three Wheeler Owners’ Association states that with the increase in fuel prices, three-wheeler fares should also be increased.
Its chairman Lalith Dharmasekera says the Rs. 45 three-wheeler fare for the second kilometer and upwards should be increased to Rs. 50.
However, he added that the current charge of Rs. 80 for the first kilometer will not be changed.
