With the increase in the price of wheat flour, bakery owners are preparing to increase the price of a loaf of bread by a price between 20 to 30 rupees.
President of the All Ceylon Bakery Owners’ Association NK Jayawardena states that a special discussion will be held this afternoon regarding pricing and according to the decisions taken there, the price of bread will be increased from midnight today.
