The Patients’ Rights Organization calls on the government to draft a charter to protect the rights of patients.
Its chairman Dhammika Edirisinghe says several health unions are destroying patients’ rights in order to win their demands.
The Chairman further points out that due to this, patients suffer a severe injustice due to their lack of legal right to act.
