The Attorney General’s Department has informed the Court of Appeal today that the Attorney General has decided not to oppose granting bail to Hejaaz Hizbullah, the lawyer arrested in connection with the Easter attack case.
He mentioned this when a petition filed by Hizbullah seeking bail was called today.
Hejaaz Hizbullah has been arrested in connection with the Easter attack and is being held under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
