Rapid increase in omicron spread – 160 more omicron cases found

Another 160 cases of Omicron Covid have been identified in Sri Lanka.

Dr. Chandima Jeewandara, Director, Institute of Allergy, Immunology and Cell Biology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, said that these were identified only by laboratory tests.
