The final of the Under-19 Asia Cup Cricket Tournament between Sri Lanka and India has begun in Dubai.
Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first.
In the semi finals, Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan by 22 runs. Batting first, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 147, but were restricted Pakistan to 125 by Sri Lankan bowlers who failed to reach the target.
Today’s final will be an open match for both teams as Sri Lanka will be represented by a team that has excelled all round throughout the tournament.
India came out on top throughout the tournament and can be confident that they will be under a lot of pressure from the Sri Lankan team in today’s match.
