The Supreme Court has ordered the Attorney General to submit a report on the Cabinet posts. The court has sought details about the number of the Cabinet posts and the ones that had fallen vacant.
The court gave this order when it took up for hearing the case filed seeking a ruling to declare that the appointment of the present Cabinet was unlawful and that it should be declared null and void.
