The Ministry of Education has decided to extend the December holiday announced for government and approved private schools.
Accordingly, the school holidays in December will commence on the 23rd. Schools will reopen on January 3 after the holidays.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education had announced that schools would be reopened on December 27.
