Dr. Asela Gunawardena, Director General of Health Services, reported on the number of festivals, parties and weddings held during the Covid epidemic without proper health guidelines.
He said that if the number of infected people increased, restrictions would have to be imposed again.
The Director General said that if people behave irresponsibly, they will have to re-impose restrictions, albeit reluctantly.
