Minister of State Prof. Channa Jayasumana states that the Pfizer vaccine will be given to children above 12 years of age from next Friday.
The Minister of State also said that the Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital will launch a vaccination program for children.
He further stated that children suffering from disabilities and chronic diseases will be vaccinated first.
