More than 75,000 people have been arrested so far by the police for violating the quarantine rules by 6.00 am today.
Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa stated that 75,058 persons have been arrested for violating the quarantine laws.
He added that 551 people had been arrested for violating quarantine laws in the 24-hour time period ending at 6.00 am yesterday. That included 37 vehicles.
