Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabri says that a crucial discussion will be held on the 12th in relation to the second installment of the extended credit facility expected to be obtained by the International Monetary Fund.
The minister said while attending a press conference held at the Presidential Media Center yesterday (08) that the second installment will be allowed after this discussion.
He also says that due to the non-aligned foreign policy of the President, the country’s foreign relations have been able to be taken in the right direction.
The minister said that Sri Lanka is protecting its unity and building friendly relations with all foreign countries.
In addition, Sri Lanka was able to get the support of the International Monetary Fund due to extending the hands of friendship to all countries, not limited to one party.
