Litro Gas Lanka has decided not to raise prices in December.
That is by considering the increase in gas consumption by consumers during the upcoming festive season.
In a press release in this regard, Litro Chairman Muditha Peiris said that according to international price fluctuations and the current exchange rate of the US dollar, the price of domestic LP gas cylinders should be increased by a higher amount, but the gas company decided not to do so.
Thus, the price of Litro gas cylinders will continue to be as follows.
• 12.5kg cylinder – Rs. 3,565
• A 5kg cylinder – Rs. 1,431
• 2.3kg cylinder – Rs. 668
Litro Company is one of the two leading suppliers of domestic Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gas in the country.
