The ‘Aswasuma’ payments related to last September are going to be given to the beneficiaries from tomorrow.
The Minister of State for Finance Mr. Shehan Semasinghe said that an amount of 8571 million rupees has been given to the banks for ‘Aswasuma’ payments for the month of September.
Also, it is planned to pay the benefits to the selected persons with effect from July after the review of appeals and objections for Aswasuma is over.
