Dambulla police say that a woman who was plucking flowers in the Thumbakarawila lake while riding an inflatable tube has drowned after the tube overturned.
A 52-year-old woman named Srimati Premasiri, a resident of Padeniya, Dambulla has died.
This woman, who was engaged in the flower trade, unfortunately died yesterday evening.
