State Minister for Technology, Mr. Kanaka Herath, has announced that citizens, except those in the Western Province, will be able to obtain vehicle revenue licenses from the comfort of their homes, starting from today, October 7th. This initiative aims to provide convenience and ease the process of obtaining vehicle revenue licenses.
Furthermore, the State Minister revealed plans to implement a comprehensive online payment system for all government institutions by March 31st next year. This step toward digitalization aims to enhance efficiency and streamline financial transactions across various government departments and services.
